Pros
Only PRO was learning the bad way of a horrible interview process...DO NOT APPLY, ITS STRESSFUL AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!
Cons
I applied to them and was accepted into a group interview with about 12 other candidates, from there I was allowed to move on to an assessment which consisted of typing skills, addition, and subtraction. I then sat down with the recruiter which was super unprofessional, she told me everything was great and that I would go on to shadowing. Then she sent me an e-mail saying sorry you are not hired!
She called me back a week later saying that she would like me to do shadowing and then a training period of TWO WEEKS (which does not guarantee anything btw) this was totally unexpected but I was very happy that I got the opportunity. The manager was super unprofessional as well and she made me go home to change after I came in wearing dark jeans, a cute top and a blazer, which I thought would be okay. The two receptionists working there spoke horribly about me behind my back and two days later my training was terminated.
Super unprofessional, and discouraging! I have never been treated that way in my entire life, and after being on time, staying late, and learning as much as I could, they treated me horribly and told me to stop coming for no reason..
