The company used to be an awesome place to work till Vijay decided to hire someone from the Ivy League.
Oo boy the abosolute mess this guy has created is another level!
People getting fired in the team like seasonal fruits. People who want to stay in Keka (talking about engineering) have to either surrender to this guy or join his cult. Your skillset has absolutely no relation to the work you do or whether you stay here or go (read fired). As long you dont cross his path you are safe.
He considers himself the Dark Lord (from Star Wars not from Harry potter).
Many stories about this guy will keep this review limited to the Performance Appraisal which happened this year.
Eng people worked hard for last one year based on the goals that were give (sometimes not given but people took onto themeselves to pick the best one). This guy introduces a new appraisal mechanism just before the end and starts firing people left and right. This is before the appraisals. After the appraisals this year, only God know wht happens.
This is also happening across the company with new team structure getting introduced overnight with no consideration about people.
To anyone joining this company, a big warning. Join only if you have exhausted all options and be prepared to face worst(est) politics of your life.
Vijay needs to come out and save the company he created with his hardwork over so many years by removing all stupid people from leadership or this company is doomed because of delusional leaders who will stop at nothing but their petty politics.
