Great company, and managment helps out

Long hours but it is worth it

I enjoyed the people i worked with as well as the product i was selling. I will say the hours we nice for a retail position.

I was micro managed by and under qualified supervisor. Pay was average with extremely high expectations from senior management to produce. Decisions were made as knee jerk reactions with little thought to the consequences. Very little forward thinking, marketing was a joke as was any social media presence. Most people we afraid to present ideas that might differ from senior managements for fear of being belittled
