Pros
When I first joined I was incredibly excited-- seemed like good pay, good continuity model.
Cons
High turnover, they fire people with no notice, canceled promotions out of nowhere. Soul sucking being on the phone for 8-10 hours a day while trying to meet the stringent requirements set, no real time off of calls for pay. Management got a raise to 'remain competitive in the job marketplace' and then is required to work 40 hours a week, no longer allowed overtime after the 40 hours but still must complete their 40 hours worth of tasks. If it is over 40, oh well. No additional pay given.
