Whosoever is reading this .. may be you got offer from here or interview is going on i request you please take this review very seriously and make sure you do not join this company ever. 1. Aapke offer letter mei jo variable naam use karte aapko kabhi ni milta toh vo toh aap count na kriye variable. 2. 2026 Jan ka appraisal is baar hua hi ni company loss mei hai 3. 5 days bol kar har saturday & Sunday kaam krvate and agar bolo ni aapayenge then guilt feel krvate 4. Yahan mei jo upper management ki planning bahaut hi kharab hai and apni galtiyan vo execution team ke upar daldete. 5. The yearly reviews which happens is also not very transparent. 6. And the most annoying thing you get your FnF after 6 months and even later. Meri advice and request hai sabse jo ye company join krne ka soch rahe .. mat aana yaha bahaut regret feel kroge you will feel like trapped And this is across any designation and level you join here. HR will deny all this till you don't join as they do not have good candidate pipeline. And once you are in the company you will be treated like insects.
