fully remote and this is the only benefit I can think of

no benefit at all. no medical insurance, no dental insurance. The pay is only a bit more than min pay, however, they save on rent, electricity, computer, equipment, etc. so effectively, you can consider only min. pay they only provide min as per the law in your location, no extra.
