Recognized name in the industry. Decent base salary for the industry

Cons

If you are an experienced salesperson, I do not recommend Kelly. Extreme Micromanagement is a major drain on your time, productivity, and eventually your attitude. When you look around and see that all the reps and or managers have either been there less than one year, or more than 20, you feel like you are just prospecting for your next replacement. High turnover in sales and recruiting makes it difficult to build a territory and trust from your customers.

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
