Pros
The pros were training, team environment and great client base. The database was excellent and full of notes from previous consultants. The salary and bonuses were really good. The new bonus scheme was brought in when I was there and I never failed to receive a quality bonus.
Cons
When I was there, there was a lot of change in middle management and no room for growth in my department. This has since I left and middle management has less turnover and more room for growth. Very KPI driven environment, which is great if this drives you.
