Localized leadership clearly promoted due to tenure rather than merit. Senseless SOP's at the local level. Double standards from local leadership demanding higher GP from staff, while simultaneously lowering GP to keep their bigger local clients. 9 of 10 largest local accounts were negotiated at the National Level, with little to no local assistance from leadership or otherwise. Widespread Nepotism and meritless tenure in St. Louis dominating promotion, growth, and overall success of any individual despite actual results. Tendency to staff rather than recruit. Desire "easy to fill" high GP, BPO type, service oriented staffing. Local office ineffective recruiting harder to fill positions with smaller candidate pools. Unless you have a close personal relationship with leadership before you start, I wouldn't suggest working for Kelly Services in St. Louis.
