      Pros

      the schedule really is flexible. It has been easy to go to school and work

      Cons

      if you don't pick up an assignment immediately, it will be gone. Sometimes the app used is delayed and 3rd party apps make it easier and faster to grab the assignment. If you're not quick, you will have difficulty finding positions available.

      Thank your for the review—and for working with us for so many years! Like you, many of our substitute teachers enjoy the flexibility of the work. It's true, assignments pop up all the time some in the future and others for the next day.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
