Pros

Only good thing about them is they put up really good show while hiring however the reality is reverse #pathetic

Cons

Never join this company. They hire freshers, and expect them to be master of Australian taxation and laws in a month and if you don’t catch up really fast then they will fire you without any warning or intimation. This company is so shallow that they don’t have guts to give you valid reasons for firing you. If they were so intolerant and impatient with the process then why would you come to India and seek for candidates who are qualified in Indian accountancy and taxation to join your company, go back Australia and get your work done there from the people who understand your laws and regulations. There is zero job security here working with kelly partners. Their only motive to come in India was to acquire cheap labour from here, since they are earning in dollars and spending in Rupees. They will show lot of concern for you but trust me, they are fake to their core.

Pros

One week off for Christmas

Cons

Everything else. Low pay, terrible work rate, not reasonable with billable hours and want a unicorn worker.

Pros

You will learn how to work hard, and lively work events held once or twice a year.

Cons

Little work-life balance with incredibly difficult billable hours targets of 90%+ productivity which is often scrutinised so that partners can take extra credit for your hard work. Restrictive and punitive CA support policy wherein the course reimbursement, study leave and CA membership is clawed back if you leave the firm within 3 years of completing your studies. Pointless monthly meetings so that partners can tell you to work longer hours and bill more, whilst listening to nothing you say. Long hours expected all year round with very little flexibility, often no WFH offered and partners micromanage and express frustration if you are away from your desk for too long. The work is often repetitive and pressured to be rushed by the partners so that they can quickly turnaround work and bill the client, which is unfortunately the only focus of the firm. Collaboration and socialising with colleagues is discouraged and the focus is instead upon quickly processing and turning over client work. There is also very little professionalism shown with managers gossiping about staff behind their back and sharing information that was shared in confidence.
