Nice building, equipment And people. Solid compensation packages in most cases. Nice parties, pickle ball tournament s, etc. - do great on the peripheral areas.

This company has so much potential but is running on poor management and leadership and is not forward thinking, very reactionary. Those employees that stand out and get put into senior roles are often left with their hands tied behind their backs and unable to actually lead and succeed or get real back up, too many politics and people with lack of experience running the show. Scared of their clients, don't want to "ruffle feathers" so it all stays status quote, not willing to lead clients or have the hard conversations. This takes its toll on many hard working employees who are keeping eyes open for other oops. Or have already quit and moved on to other companies. Elevated turnover.
