Pros
KellyOCG has been a great place for me. I started out as an entry level recruiter and was able to work my way up to a Sr. Manager in 6 years. KellyOCG has top level customers and truly care about employees. I am able to work remotely twice a week and I have a great work life balance.
Cons
Sometimes Kelly is limited on pay due to customer contracts. Certain decisions are really driven by the client and team size can grow and shrink quickly. Benefits could be better. KellyOCG usually brings on recruiters on a temp then hire them to full time. This can be a turn off for people.
