Pros
Co-workers are great to work with. Great position to gain experience, especially for looking into building project management experience and internal interface/customer service experience.
Cons
Daily calls and duties can become tedious- you make an average of 60-100 calls or more a day; however, that can be good experience in itself. Profiles can be hard to fill.
