- Senior management does not take actions when TL escalate in time - Lack of proper induction and training which is in relation to that the company won't perform well in terms of employee engagement. Collapsing. - That is in relation that the employee won't be keen to know more about the position and the role Continuous disrespect of private life (asking overtime that you cannot certainly take out later on but of course the company does not pay it either) Highly demanding towards newcomers who have to accept everything even tough proper training is not certainly provided - Fingerpointing - Too afraid of separating some positions more - central and key employees (internal TA and HR) are continuously overloaded
