Kemar Automation Response

I want to take a moment to address a concerning issue that has recently come to our attention. It has been brought to our notice that some individuals who have left our company without proper notice or explanation have left negative comments or complaints with the HR department. We want to remind everyone that absconding from the company is not an acceptable way to leave a job. It is unprofessional and can harm the company's reputation. Furthermore, it is crucial to take responsibility for our actions and not attempt to pressure others by making baseless comments. We also need clarification on the fact that some companies may overlook an individual's past behaviour and make a hiring decision based solely on their skills or qualifications. It is important to uphold professional and ethical standards in the workplace, and companies should consider previous job performance and conduct when making hiring decisions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pros

1. You'll have a lot of opportunities to really stand out, it's an open culture. Everyone in the office is approachable regardless of designation. 2. The culture is familial. Your work is more than likely going to be cross functional, and there's no limit to what you could do given you put in the effort and demonstrate curiosity. 3. High morality; ethical senior management, cares about employee's well being. Even though it's a young company and the resources can be a constrain compared to MNC's or large cap companies, employees are looked after. 4. Learning opportunities in a company that's on an upward trajectory, completely bootstrapped is tremendous. I personally learnt most of what I know about businesses through Kemar.

Cons

1. The familial culture does enable some people to get carried away and abuse trust, this is rare but has happened. 2. Startup culture is very prevalent, so it's either up or out. Consistent, good performance is the baseline, not the goal.
