Excellent salary for the area; especially the Scranton, PA area Very casual work environment Great co-workers (for the most part)

Cons

Management doesn’t have a clue Supervisory level doesn’t have a clue You are treated awfully by anyone above you Hard work is not respected Extreme stressful environment Customer Service is not aimed at helping the customer You get plenty of vacation time, but can never actually use it Technology used is very outdated
