Pros
The work environment is welcoming and there is always someone willing to help. There is much opportunity within the company to move up. The mission statement holds true within the company as many employees handle themselves as owners.
Cons
There are some employees that just can't be pleased or are stuck in a bad place that they don't want to be in. They may be negative a lot of times and bring down the morale. This has nothing to do with upper management or most workers.
