      Decent starting pay, fun and knowledgeable staff, good growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Constant micro-management. Unrealistic expectations. Employee incentives are less than fulfilling. All changes are in benefit of the company and in no way for employee happiness and retention.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
