      Pros

      Great room for growth. My manager really cares about my career and is active in helping me achieve career goals. Very diverse workforce, I have had the chance to meet and work with people of many cultural backgrounds.

      Cons

      Large company easy to get lost without good contacts.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
