      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits, 401k options from beginning. Flexible hours and can work around personal errands.

      Cons

      Very stressful with unrealistic expectations during end of year. Customers are either really good or really bad.. seem to be more bad than good as of late. Products are easily beaten by competition and home office customer service doesn't help. Its home service, so good or bad you will be working. only holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas day
