Cons
There is an unwritten rule here where if you reach a certain income you are liable to be laid off. They will cut 15 and 20 year employees with a track record for success, doesn't matter as long as the executives still get their bonuses. They will then push the work of those employees on others without paying them more. Everything this company does subcommunicates that they simply don't care about retaining good employees. It is not a priority to them.
