You get a lot of food at the end of shifts, the food is very good, the cafe itself is beautiful.

The managers are all sort of dull. Not a very fun place to work if you want to be challenged.

It's a glorious building that allows free access to art to all. Most associates are very pleasant and have excellent customer service skills. This place offers many public programs and education opportunities to the community. The gift shop is wonderful. Cafe Sebastienne has some of the most unique and beautiful dishes on the menu. Employees receive 50% to both the shop and Cafe.

Upper management claims that it values and appreciates the subordinate employees, but time and time again it has been proven otherwise. Often things would be promised, but then not delivered. There are a lot of words not backed up by actions. There is very little done to recognize employees for good work. There are no opportunities for professional development or growth.
