As a new employee I entered into an employment contract with Kempton Carr Croft and after my first week they tried to amend my contract terms which were extremely unreasonable and even suggesting that our original contract was not valid. Furthermore, at the end of my first month they refused to pay, which left me having to go to employment tribunal to get a settlement.
