Pros
The culture and people are one of my favorite parts of coming to work everyday. Everyone is driven to get the work done but has a lot of fun along the way. The Company is open to new ideas and ways of doing things and encourages people to share those thoughts. There is a lot of growth happening and while that comes with its own set of challenges, its also really exciting to be a part of it.
Cons
The Company is midsized and experiencing a lot of growth. So there are frequent changes. Employees have to be adaptable. The Company also can be slow to respond to requests or miss the mark entirely because of every changing priorities.
