Pros
none - i had a good team though and we all had great craic. Everything was done by the book and done correctly despite what some temps have said esp around holiday pay and timesheets.
Cons
Management is absolutely awful; i worked in the actual kennedy office; lots of abuse from agency staff and management done nothing. Management were happy for my colleagues and I to take this abuse with absolutely nothing done about it. We were constantly swore at. Wages were exceptionally poor for the amount of work you were suppose to do; issues with wages was not finance fault yet they got the brunt of it all which makes kennedy inept at dealing with such large contracts. My personal line manager was fantastic but higher management was terrible. Staff are not valued in any way; bonuses and commission being cut without notice. In my time there at least 9 people left.
