      There are some genuinely good people in the organization trying to positively affect people's lives.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant. Few leaders are qualified or have legitimate backgrounds in their fields. Constant politics, backstabbing, gossip. No concern for the mental or spiritual health of employees.

      The four-day work week was nice (10-hour days).

      Cons

      Toxic managers and executives. Nepotism runs rampant. Genuine lack of qualified people in leadership. Would rather spend money on fireworks than staffing needs.
