Pros
Good pay, benefits, and unparalleled work-life balance. Couldn't find a better place to rest and vest. Most of the rank and file are smart, interesting, and friendly co-workers, and the cutting-edge tech stack is fun to work with.
Cons
Poor management, no product and toxic culture, especially in NYC. Kensho was acquired (aqui-hired) without having a meaningful product, and significant brain drain has taken place since then-- it's unclear what the path forward will be or how it can justify its price.
