Pros
They have good quality products that once customers use, they generally continue to purchase. sales reps are supported in day to day functions. they do give you a sample of a few of their best selling products to start
Cons
product support is non existent. if you need samples, you have to purchase them. they do allow you a stipend for this, but is quickly used up. the company is VERY slow at sending invoices to customers. (real sore point). pay structure is poor. compensation for your automobile is poor. turn over is very high. shipping stock orders takes a week. had a bi-monthly sales flyer that was geared to auto body. that would be OK if you had any auto body shops to sell to. senior sales people have all f the largest accounts locked up. hard to exist on whats left
