Pros
The children and parents. School holidays. Good sick pay. Lovely staff apart from senior leadership
Cons
Head teachers are given too much power. So many staff bullied out but KCC never questioned why. No HR in the schools or was actually told staff couldn't access directly. My confidence has been seriously knocked and I was bullied out of a job I loved and was good at.
