Pros
The people I worked with were incredible. Everyone had the same goals in mind and came in every day working toward them. We lived every day to make research at KSU a more successful endeavor and to give faculty and students every possible resource they needed to succeed. The university continually expands its relationship with the City of Kent, which is a wonderful place to live and work, in and of itself. I miss KSU greatly.
Cons
Cann't really think of any. Except I wish they'd waited a while longer to consider buyouts and layoffs during the COVID pandemic.
