Pros

Excellent employer as a student. I was given tons of freedom, and even had my own little "office." I was often helping professors and administrators way above my station as a lowly college sophomore/junior, but they were always polite and respectful of my skill and time. Pay was good for a student job.

Cons

Jobs could sometimes be frustratingly random. Depending on which of my "bosses" decided to come give me something to do, I could be doing anything from working through support tickets to tedious data entry. While outside faculty and staff were almost always polite, higher-ups in LBIS could be shockingly callous.

Hours are flexible and you’re able to do homework if on shift during free time

Difficult to get the hours you request
