      Pros

      I had a chance to use my expertise in selling and fashion skills to apply and share to my team.

      Cons

      By the end of my time 2017 ,we have had some new KENZO Directions from Kenzo Asia that KENZO Australia needs to follow the buy Guidelines .(we had to stock the same as the rest of Kenzo Asia stores … which I total disagreed and resigned.

      Good management, very laid back. Apart of LVMH so you get access to sales and great benefits

      Cons

      Very small within LVMH so sometimes over looked compared to other more prestigious brands

      -LVMH benefits -clients -standard retail position with retail skills that are needed

      Cons

      -pay is bad, commission is worst if traffic is slow -managers are disrespectful -corporate is clueless and dosent have a creative direction.
