      1. No career growth 2. No hike, if u ask for a hike, most sure you will be fire. 3. No support from the senior.No team 4. Management not good because of no rule. 5. The job will be in risk because any time you will fire 6. No entertainment 7. Work from home option Not available 8. No leave policy 9. If u are a girl... easy to get selected.
