      1. Friendly work environment 2. You are able to learn new technical things.

      1. Poor Salary 2. Salary not in time and they will eat up your salary on notice period. 3. Although MD is a nice person but he is directed by his relatives and has not idea about business or growth of the organization. 4. Company has no idea or projection.
