      - Management was really supportive of learning - Strong teamwork aspect - Recognition of hard work - Management was incredibly approachable - Positive working environment

      - There really was no downfall to working at Kerr! They were a fantastic employer who facilitated a positive work environment.

      There were lots of good coworkers and a clean work environment when I was there.

      Cons

      They don't do a great job getting feedback from employees and what it takes to do certain jobs before they implement processes
