Head Office is too quiet and communciation with colleagues rely on teams msg rather than phone. Lack of man power and the instruction from senior management is very confused. No one is willing to make the final decision for each jobs The senior management required officer grade employees to responsible for a big project without any clear instructions. The ideas are always changes from day to day. No prospective career path. Salary and bonus is low when compared with other companies. Mid year bonus for office/sites colleagues have been cancelle. However, The allowances for security guard has been increased. The middle management which is most important for a company future development have slow progress on promotion and not very good benefit. That’s why the turnover rate for middle management is high. If you are aims for stable working environment until retire, this is a good company for you. But it would be better if your position is AM or above when entry this company.
