Pros
Great colleagues they are willing to help you and give you support whenever you need something to do the job. Awesome work experience if you are multi skilled and willing to learn other skills.
Cons
The company doesn't honor what is written in the legal binding contract and labor code. Medical Benefits is only limited you have to get your own Comprehensive Medical Benefits. Too many workload that leads to stressful job. Our team have to work or stay in the office until the next day just to meet the target deadline. Lacks automation and still rely on paper trails. Too many unskilled workers in the production that always rely on the design team.
