Pros

Easy to get to know executive in the upper management. Easy to follow attendance policy.

Cons

Upper management and executive committee often make decisions and changes without forethought to overall effect. Not able to keep up with rising pay rates and use raffles to promote moral. All employee gifts have been items given to the property by vendors.

Cons

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
