Pros
I had some great managers, Tammye Kaper and Tim Dutton, who understood Employee Health and gave me the freedom to do my job. They also provided support in various ways. My team at Kettering Employee Health did an excellent job in handling the large volume of people and paperwork that flowed through our office - my team was amazing.
Cons
Work-life balance was sorely lacking and even through Finance would tell me every year that I didn't have enough staff for the workload, I never received any additional help.
