Pros
They provide great insurance and 401-k benefits. They have recently started to pay for the main holidays off . They are family first at my office.
Cons
Job increases and bonuses are very seldom given. They do not follow up on concerns from staff. The office equipment is old and outdated and it takes forever for someone to come and fix it.
