Pros
I get to help people daily. I like my co-workers and the work that I do. They've been great during the pandemic and flexible. Fun events and recognition/appreciation too. For the most part they listen to the feedback from the survey they have us fill out annually. Some good improvements come from that.
Cons
PTO policy is terrible. They have not listened to the feedback on the survey about this. We should not have to use my PTO for "paid holidays" no matter how many "extra hours" they say they are giving you. The first two years you feel like you're working for PTO to use for your paid holidays.
