Great leadership thus far Good starting Pay

Nothing negative to say. So far so good

Some benefits but still expensive

Too many clicks. Too many unexperienced young managers. Leadership, people, management skills 'none". Management is all over the place and policies are applied when it's a benefit to mangement. Highly micro-managed. They do not empower their associates. Employee morale very low. High turnover in corporate and site.
