Very disorganized company. Also, some of the most blatant favortisim and literal discrimination I have ever seen in a company. Some employees can do absolutely the most egregious things and there are zero consequences. Others, if you wear red on a Tuesday you are in trouble with HR. I have never seen anything like this, and I have seen a lot. A new manager was excused for outrageous behavior (apparently the company does NOT take a zero tolerance stand for sexual harassment as stated in the employee handbook) and was actually rewarded with a promotion. HR is an absolute farce. It feels like a clown car rolled up and the first clown that rolled out was hired as HR director. If you want to be in a position that is on a career trajectory do not apply here. It is chaos on a calm day.
