It's not easy to be selected as one of Kevin David's closer as he really cares about how we onboard the client. We went through rigorous training and preparation about the product, compliance, company values, and the type of client that we can help before meeting the clients live. everyday the team will spend about 1 hour of training, updates and goal setting for the day. The team manager and supervisor are very dedicated to helping us grow and close more deals by sharing tools and resources for us to learn. Anyhow, I've had to leave the place due to some family reasons and timing as I'm in a different timezone. but really, its a great place to be and grow with.
Cons
don't think theres one. the company culture, the diversity of the team members, the product market fit services, and the operation team. everyone is aligned and we rarely have problems communicating with different departments or to the higher management team.
