Toxic work environment where people are quick to blame others and not take accountability or try to work together to achieve a shared goal. Upper management will lay off people without a legitimate reason. No sense of respect. High turnover rate. Will take forever to pay external agencies. Employee discount is close to nothing. Mouse traps in the office. Pet friendly environment but dogs are not trained and will urinate on the carpet and owners will not clean it up.
