Pros
We have many talented people working in both the manufacturing plant and supporting them in the office. The company is flexible to the needs of its employees also. We can be proud of what we make. We are only a half hour drive from Green Bay, Manitowoc & Sturgeon Bay.
Cons
Location - although that depends if you want to live in a smaller community on the water or in a larger city like Green Bay.
