Pros

Getting paid, I guess. That being said, they bait-and-switch you on salary. Not only that, but they also blatantly lie about the salary range for the role. The job description clearly said $65-90K salary range. They even confirmed the salary range with me via email. I then got offered $60K base even though I had 6+ years of applicable sales experience. It's even worse considering they basically made me fill out a job application after I got a verbal offer of employment. Pretty stupid, but okay then. I specifically asked for $75-85K on the job application, which was valid since the executive assistant confirmed a $65-90K salary range. I got offered a salary below the salary range. It's an incredibly cheap company with unethical bait-and-switch tactics to hire mid-level candidates like me.

Cons

Everything. The turnover is unreal there. During my first couple weeks of employment, someone quit, and someone else was retiring three months in the future. I almost didn't take the job after I got baited-and-switched on salary, but because the job market is so bad right now, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt since it would be an easy transition for me. Key Code Media is of course a media company, and my previous six years of sales experience was with media buying sales. Biggest mistake of my life. They swore at me, both directly and indirectly, on my third day of employment! I was then forced to do two mock sales presentations, which was really dumb because I already did a mock sales presentation during my third job interview, with the boss being so impressed by my first mock sales presentation that I got offered a sales position at the company. After my third mock sales presentation, they said I did 80% better than other AEs in the company. The sales department then indirectly asked if I wanted to take a $10,000 pay cut to work as a sales support agent by saying, "The salary range is $50-55K." Before discussing the sales support role with me, they didn't bother to go through my personnel file to understand what I was making as an account manager and what I previously asked for in terms of salary. I went from potentially getting $75-85K in salary to as low as $50K. Absolutely shameful. They then laid me off and didn't even apologize for laying me off in the worst job market since 2008. Oh, and let's not forget someone said, "Your third mock sales presentation didn't go that well." She had no idea that one of the employees said I did 80% better than other account executives. I could tell by her non-verbal communication cues that she was very bewildered at why I was getting laid off in just my third week of employment. She also couldn't explain to me why I was being sent mock sales presentations even though I was already hired for the role. They laid me off before I even got to talk to a client. I was never able to show off my level of professionalism and expertise for the role I was hired for by sales upper management. Incredible insanity on their part.
