Pros

I started my time at Key Code Media as an entry level demonstration/technician and because of the core beliefs the company holds i.e. training and equipping their employees I quickly climbed "the ladder" and was trusted with more and more responsibility and ended my time here as a System Support Engineer. I was recognized when doing good work or going above and beyond but also supported and not scolded or thought less of when I lacked knowledge on how to accomplish a task. All team members were open and willing to give advice and to work closely with you if you were in need of help. I always felt seem and acknowledged by the CEO, Mike Cavanagh and I truly believe if it wasn't for him and his company my life would not be were it is today. I owe a lot to Key Code Media and Mike Cavanagh for taking a chance on a 25yr old kid. Thank you Mike and the team at Key Code Media.

Cons

You need to be a quick learner in this profession and at times it was extremely overwhelming and I felt like my head was underwater. With that being said the team at Key Code Media was always willing to help and pull me up for a quick breathe. I believe this environment is not created by Key Code Media, but from the field of System Integration itself.
