Adolescents with substance abuse and ongoing behavior stuff makes you feel like your making a difference.

My opinion: This is an ANTI-LGBT employer who practices are discriminatory. My opinion: The management does not care about you as an employee nor the paying clients. Doesnt pay a living wage to some employees. Lots of pro-LGBT language on their website, in practice they don't have the slightest clue to what they are talking about regarding LGBT people.
